I created this space as a home for my brain-dumps, spontaneous reflections, celebrations of art, music, and literature, and deep questions – both my own and those shared with me by others.
This isn’t your average blog. It’s part open journal, part love letter to the human experience. I write from the heart – unfiltered, sometimes raw, always real. You’ll find reflections on growth, identity, spirituality, purpose, and the beauty (and ache) of being alive.
I won’t pretend to have it figured all out. I’ll sit with the questions – both mine and yours. I’ll speak the truth. And I’ll hold space for all who find a home here.

Meet Mystic
Allow me to introduce myself!
My name is Mystic: writer, soul-searcher, mother, Wraparound Facilitator, future counselor, and full-time human navigating life’s mess and magic. ✨️
Writing has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember, but I could never quite find the time to use it as an outlet in the ways that I find to be meaningful and even magical. I find that I often feel no purpose in my writing if it is not deeply profound.
That is, in part, why I created this blog. Not only does it serve as a structured place for me to hone my creativity while simultaneously connecting with others; it serves as a challenge for me to feel confident in my creative efforts without feeling the pressure of perfection looming over me.
When I am not working, studying, or writing, you can find me spending time with my family – my boyfriend and unofficial mother-in-law, Eric and VV, my son, Michael, our three dogs, Isabella, Biscuit, and Korra, and our unnamed red-foot tortoise (name suggestions are always welcome)! I also enjoy listening to music, reading, and playing video games (shout-out to The Sims 4 and Legend of Zelda).
I am excited to take this journey with all of you by my side. I hope to cultivate a community of awareness, intelligence, exploration, celebration, and maybe a little bit of chaos in the mix.
